Aftappet fra et Bourbon barrel med 252 flasker. Taste: Oily and grassy, leather, dry ash, pears, lychee and herbal.

Refill Rum Barrel. 264 flasker i alt. Modnet 5 år i Caribien og 6 år i Europa. Taste: Liquorice, Melon, peaches in syrup, toffee, cardamom, marple syrup & strawberries.

Nose: Bursting with mocha, nutmeg and walnut oil, with notes of heather honey, sweet raisins and dried red berries. Taste: Lashings of cinnamon spice, molasses and honeycomb, followed by ginger, espresso and dark chocolate, with hints of nutmeg and fennel on the finish,

5,781 bottles worldwide – 240 flasker til Danmark, Unpeated Spirit, Bourbon casks re-racked into Madeira – Unchill filtered, Natural Colour Tasting notes: Burnt caramel and honey coated dates. Hints of bitter walnut oil and blood orange marmalade. Palate: Rich jasmine tea, panna cotta, waxy honey and subtle red fruits. Beautifully

Destilleret marts 2008 – aftappet marts 2022 med i alt 241 flasker fra et hogshead. Nose: Peach fuzz, apples & smashed pears. Palate: Ray Physalis cheese cake & salty white pepper. Finish: Thick cakey coating right around the mouth.

Destilleret oktober 2012 – aftappet oktober 2021 med i alt 210 flasker. Lagret i Ex-bourbon barrel, og har fået en finish i et oloroso sherry barrique. Nose: Toasted white bread & salted toffee butter. Palate: Caramelised pecans, molasses & white coffee. Finish: Fresh fruit & som lemon marmelade.

Destilleret 20. oktober 2009 – aftappet 22. juli 2022 – i alt 772 flasker fra 3 refill sherry casks. Taste: Green apple, pine resin, cinnamon roll and smoked popcorn.

Destilleret 3. juli 2012 – aftappet 29. juli 2022 med i alt 315 flakser. Denne whisky er lagret i ex-Bourbon hogshead og fået en finish i et first fill Veneta Botti Amarone barrique i 2 år. Tasting notes: Salted pretzel, smoked meat, red fruits.

Destilleret 21. juni 1992 – aftappet 26. juli 2022 med i alt 147 flasker fra et ex-bourbon barrel. Tasting nots: Custard cream, liquorice, buttered pancakes.
