Destilleret 31. oktober 2007 – aftappet 12. oktober 2022 fra refill Hogshead no. 4200 med i alt 235 flasker. Tasting notes: Honeydew melon, drizzly honey, lemon wafer.

Denne gamle single malt whiskey er et mix af whiskey der har lagret i Bourbon casks, oloroso sherry casks og Pedro Ximenez sherry casks.

Aftappet fra et Rye barrel efter en finish i 14 måneder med i alt 222 flasker. Taste: Dry spices, nutmeg, vanilla, banana and white chocolate.

Aftappet efter en finish på 14 måneder i et Ruby Port Barrique med i alt 282 flasker. Taste: Blackberries, raspberries, orange zest, marzipan and glacé cherries.

Aftappet fra et sherry Butt med i alt 216 flasker (part) Taste: Dry sherry, raisins, coffee beans, melted chocolate and honey.

Aftappet fra et Bourbon barrel med 252 flasker. Taste: Oily and grassy, leather, dry ash, pears, lychee and herbal.

Refill Rum Barrel. 264 flasker i alt. Modnet 5 år i Caribien og 6 år i Europa. Taste: Liquorice, Melon, peaches in syrup, toffee, cardamom, marple syrup & strawberries.

Nose: Bursting with mocha, nutmeg and walnut oil, with notes of heather honey, sweet raisins and dried red berries. Taste: Lashings of cinnamon spice, molasses and honeycomb, followed by ginger, espresso and dark chocolate, with hints of nutmeg and fennel on the finish,

Destilleret 16.12-2009 – aftappet 11.10.2022 fra cask 709300 med i alt 194 flasker – eksklusivt til Danmark.

5,781 bottles worldwide – 240 flasker til Danmark, Unpeated Spirit, Bourbon casks re-racked into Madeira – Unchill filtered, Natural Colour Tasting notes: Burnt caramel and honey coated dates. Hints of bitter walnut oil and blood orange marmalade. Palate: Rich jasmine tea, panna cotta, waxy honey and subtle red fruits. Beautifully

Destilleret marts 2008 – aftappet marts 2022 med i alt 241 flasker fra et hogshead. Nose: Peach fuzz, apples & smashed pears. Palate: Ray Physalis cheese cake & salty white pepper. Finish: Thick cakey coating right around the mouth.
