70 cl. 1391 flasker. Tasting Note: Sooty coal fire with monkey nut brittle, chocolate ice cream and a distance space hopper. Dense toffee with salted peanuts, caramel wafers, and lingering, coastal peat smoke.

Sherry Butt selected by Mark Watt. Destilleret 2001 – aftappet 2020 med i alt 630 flasker Sherry, raisins, subtle cloves, orange rind. Strawberries & balsamic vinegar.

Sir Thomas Makdougall Brisbane (1773-1860) was a distinguished soldier and astronomer who left his native Scotland to serve as Governor of New South Wales in 1821. During his five years in Australia, he pushed for better living conditions, built the Parramatta observatory and founded the community that became the great
