Disgorged from a single Madeira cask, this is pale straw in colour and shows a moderate bead. On the nose we have green banana, lime marmalade, dolly mixture, papaya, freshly pressed sugarcane, and playdough. On the palate we have um bongo, intense grassiness, balloons, licorice root, jolly rancher sweeties, granny smith apples. An extremely long finish. This heady rum is not for the faint-hearted!
