Fully matured in a refill Oloroso sherry butt, Sauternes in colour and showing a good bead. The nose is heavy on werther’s originals, caramelized bananas, custard and nut sundae. Crème brulee, cookie dough ice-cream and cream soda are in residence too. The palate leads with drinking chocolate, banoffee pie, condensed milk and Ovaltine. A dry, tannic finish completes this a-typical Dailuaine.
